entrance facade, landscaping, a new swimming pool and swim-up pool bar, a Beach
Grill Restaurant facility, the resurfacing of all public spaces, as well as
the complete demolition and reconstruction of all rooms including floors, walls,
ceilings, plumbing, air conditioning and decorative finishes.
