The 1999 provision of a complete structure and support services for the International Fast Food Restaurant Chain included construction of the building, plumbing and electrical work, air conditioning, joinery work, all finishes and installation of kitchen equipment. This project also entailed the provision of an enclosure with PVC shiplap siding, base slab, structural steel work, plumbing, electrical work, and louvered windows for the Playland area.
