Phase II of the development for an In-Flight catering company, in 1997, involved the construction of a 7,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Gulf States steel structure for a new flight kitchen building complete with a loading dock and all services, air handling and a new parking area. Piled foundations were used for the structure.
